After we had some maintanance in our DC, we've noticed that we can't login to web UI with the regular link :
https://my-vc-01.domain.com
we must add this extension at the end : /ui
like this :
https://my-vc-01.domain.com/ui
any ideas why ? and how to solve it ?

Using the fqdn should open the page where you can select the HTML5 client what is a link to the url with /ui. Have you tried clearing browser cache or cookies? Other browser?

Of course we tried to clear cache/cookies + different browser, and we are still getting the same :
Error 404
