Hi,
We have some few virtual machines running in VMware server. How to export this virtual machines and import to Vsphere VMFS datastore.
Please help me for this activities.

You can use vmware convertor to do this JOB for you.

You can also export as an OVF and import into vSphere

if the vmdk exists as monolithicFlat - read http://sanbarrow.com/vmdk-howtos.html#flattovmfs
- rewrite to type VMFS
- upload vmx and vmdk to ESX with winscp
- register in ESX
if the vmdk exists as 2 Gb sparse split - read http://sanbarrow.com/uploadwstoesxi.html
- upload vmx and vmdk to ESX with winscp
- import vmdk with vmkfstools -i
- register in ESX
if the vmdk exists as one of the other two formats used by VMserver use vdiskmanager and change type to monolithicFlat or twogbMaxExtendSparse
and use one of the above procedures
rewriting the vmx is not really necessary in most cases
fixing drivers also is not really necessary in most cases
