How does Patch management works in linked clone and computer account to be pre-created for linked clone in AD

Hi,

Below are the 2 query..

1) Will the patches get updated for the linked clone, if parent is updated or it has to be done manually to all linked. Also how does patch management works?

2) Computer accounts to be pre created in AD for linked clone?
