What are most people doing for timekeeping on Netware 6.5 under ESX?
1. Vmtools?
2. or timesync?

My personal preference when I worked heavily with Netware was to set timesync to point to a known public NTP server. I don't currently support Netware but I have my VMware, Solaris and Windows servers pointing to a designated NTP server.
