Periodically, a few users are having an issue where CTRL ALT DEL seems to stop working. Upon further inspection, I found that clicking start
-> windows security, nothing happens. If I click start -> log off, the log off confirmation box appears, but if you confirm, nothing happens.
It appears that there's something wrong with Windows Security.
Attempts to remotely shutdown the PC fail as well. What process does Windows Security run as? I'm suspecting that it's possibly hung and not responding to CTRL ATL DEL or any other means of invocation.
Is it possible that ESX could be causing this sort of issue?
