Wouyld like to know the basic part of VM ware like what is a service console, what is a vmdk, file system is vmware and the other important things
you suggest me to have a good basic knowledge.

You should start by reading a few books from the VMware Documentation Sets. Then start playing with Player or even free ESXi if you can. And try to follow a training session.
