Migration from Hyper-V to ESXi Window licensing impact

When a company migrates from Hyper-V, and has existing Windows Server licensing, what impact or changes need to be made to licensing for the Guest OS?

Hi,

I think that you need to review Windows licensing. Actually, you need to VMware vSphere license for infrastructure, but vSphere has no limitation about Windows licensing.
