Allow Full Disk Access to an application without user interaction?

I'm looking for a way to allow our deployed antivirus to have Full Disk Access without having the users do it.  Is there a profile setting?  I can't seem to find anything.
Thank you.

Try using this to generate a PPPC profile. https://github.com/jamf/PPPC-Utility

You can also create a Privacy Preferences configuration profile and requires a little recon.

This may help clarify what needs to happen:

@RENEROCHEFORT - This might also help:

1) Detail on troubleshooting profiles (there's a blurb about PPPC in there):  https://techzone.vmware.com/troubleshooting-macos-management-vmware-workspace-one-operational-tutori...

2) You can also try this fling:   Workspace ONE App Analyzer for macOS | VMware Flings

I'm new to flings and trying to use the WS1 App Analyzer for MacOS that you mentioned above, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to launch the app. It downloads as a zip. I've tried extracting it and renaming that folder as an .app which causes the icon to appear, but the app will no launch. In the dark, but really need this utility. Any help is appreciated.
