Android Enterprise Internal App per-app VPN with AirWatch Tunnel

Looking at the documentation, it stated that Internal App under Android Enterprise dose not support per-app VPN. Just checking, then, how does a private app uses AirWatch Tunnel under Android Enterprise? Do we:

1. Export Legacy VPN Profile, Import as Custom?


2. Publish private APK to Managed App Store, and it HOPEFULLY, get treated as public?

How does this work now?
