We have an issue which I would think everyone has. When a user opens our internal app store from WS1 and clicks install to install an app, it says Pending. They may even get a pop-up to accept the install however it just stays at pending. Reality is the app was probably already installed in the background but they are staring at that screen. So I know a few things:
1. When you click to install an app it gets queued up and will eventually install.
2. If you click install then refresh the app store ' website' and click install again it will install right away.
3. If the app store was to show what was installed right after installing the amount of battery that would be used to check that all the time would be horrible.
That said, anyone know how to deal with users not wanting to adopt MDM because of the bad experience they feel the company will have with installing apps?
