Email not configured due to device being non-compliant

Here's my scenario:


The supervised device was staged and resides in a particular OG in AirWatch.


The user launches the Hub app on the device and logs in with his/her credentials.


The device is then moved to another OG where various profiles, such as mail and passcode, apply.


The main issue is that the email profile comes first before the user is prompted to set up a device passcode.


Thus, the device is marked as 'noncompliant' and email is not configured.


The user launches the Hub app and press 'Send Data', yet, the device remains 'noncompliant'.


 


Not sure if it's possible to specify the order when the profiles get pushed or set dependency so that the mail profile doesn't get pushed until after the passcode profile does.


Any suggestion? I don't think we want to set up a default device passcode before handing it to the user.
