HUB on Android show "Unable to perform action"

Have any one seen this?

HUB on Android show "Unable to perform action". its annoyingly keep appearing.

there is nothing common I found like OS ver or device model..etc

we have recently upgraded our WS1 env to v20.3.0.

Support team does not have any clue.
