How can I reconfigure a workspace after a fail install?

I want to re-initialize the setup procedure of configurator but encounter some problem

I do the following

1.UnregisterExtension Horizon workspace from vCenter

   Log in to this URL as a vCenter administrator at https://vcenterFQDN/mob/?moid=ExtensionManager.

   I found only one extension 's description call Horizon Workspace VC Extension,and press invoke method to delete this only.

2. shut down the original workspace VA, start the configurator of new VA.

    The new VA use the same  IP address assignment as the original one.

3. Open the configurator console of new workspace VA, but it says "IP configured more then once "

Should I delete the original VA ? or any other step to reconfigure the Configurator.?

Hi all

I found that I configure the configurator as a wrong IP address.

And I cannot find any place to change it.only through the deploy of OVA.

so I delete the whole ova.and re deploy it.configure the right IP address.

and also remember to unregister the extention from vcenter.(This should be done if you want to re-install workspace ova)

I am now re-installing it.

Weird

The configuration complete successfully

But after Connect to the gateway-va

it shows....

Anyone can explan it?

If you want to change the IP address or any other configuration item, you will have to re-deploy the OVA.

I am not sure I am completely understnding the sequence of items, you may be seeing the success message from the original install which was successful.

It may just be easier to reinstall the OVA and start from beginning

The Problem is solved  ！

If fail.... Just

1.Un Registor the Worksapce Extension

2.Delete th original OVA

3.Re Deploy the OVA

Something needs to be notice

1.After a successful deployment, Connet to the configurator to finish the following Configuration (not connect to the gateway-va)

2.If you connect to the gateway-va.it will have a screen to let you set the password...Please do not set any password here(It can only be configure be configurator)or you will have to re-deploy it again.
