Intelligent Hub

Every time I go to scan a barcode or type in server for intelligent hub it just says error code 9003, ' Device is not compatible with this environment. please contact your system administrator for further assistance. Error code 9003'  PLEAASEE HELPP

It could be as simple as synchronizing the time.

So i looked at that but i dont understand any of it like what is it telling me to do

I figured it out, the solution was to disconnect from my home wifi and to use my cellular data. Thanks tho.
