Hi everybody! Don't know if i select the right location, anyway:
We are a medium size company in the north of Italy. We have two shared ambient each one with 300 licences. 300 of the first ambient are about to expire in a month.
We buy 900 licence due to new hired people and new utilization of the workspace one (25 of the licence are user, the other are device).
Now, the issues is: the provider from where we buy the licences told us we can't have more than two ambient in shared and they can't upload our new licences on the ambient that we alredy have. So they want to migrate us on a new dedicated ambient. The problem is we can't afford the work that is behind the re-enrollement, and actually i can't see the point of that, we do not use so many function.
Are they right? Did i have any option to use my licences in my shared ambient that is alredy up and functioning?
