Mail Profile Not Asking for New Password When Changed

I've noticed lately that when user's passwords are changed/updated in AD that the Mail App/Profiles don't seem to prompt/ask them to update their password. We're having to remove and re-push their Email Profile down to their devices to get the prompt for their exchange password again.

Hi Kellin,

You don't specify with what type of devices, but if it's Apple, this is an Apple known issue with iOS 12 and iOS 12.0.1. It has been resolved with 12.1, though.

Thanks, Jeff B. I didn't know about this known issue at all as I have certificate based authentication so users are never prompted to change password with any directory account credential update.
