Not able to contact ipad after deploying proxy-profile

Hi

We have deployed a profile to some ipads with Global HTTP Proxy and now we cant get in contact with them.
Unfortunatly we have also deployed a restriction-profile witch restrict the posibility to erase the ipad.

Does anyone have som advice on what to to?

seems you're stuck... no OTA commands deliverable due to proxy config and device side functionality limited by profiles. You'll have to fix the proxy issue, work with your network team.

We also use a global proxy but it is configured to not be required while on our Intranet. When users are off our network they need to have our VPN software installed to be able to connect so they get filtered through the school district. Users are able to get to the app catalog to install the app if they don't have it. Sounds like your network proxy is not as friendly. You will need to get the iPad into Recovery Mode to wipe it and try again.

Thank you. I had tried på get the ipads in recovery mode, but the wipe failed. I tried again, this this with deleting the DEP-profile from AirWatch during the wipe and now it luckily worked.
