Request for service account type admin account so the password won't expire as regular admins

We have admin accounts for API calls, the password expires frequently.  Request VMWare to add a feature for service account type admin so the password will not expire.

I like the idea. This would be better listed in the ' Feature Requests'  forum (https://support.workspaceone.com/forums/feature-requests). Others that like it can also click the Heart icon to indicate interest.

Make sure your local admin accounts have a real email address to get a reminder sent prior to the expiration. For on-premise customers the password expiration period in days can be changed in Global / Admin / Console Security / Passwords as well as the password notification period. Saas customers can request changes from support.

Just to confirm, shared tenant customers can request the expiration time to be increased?  Support keeps telling me it's not possible.  Thanks!
