Samsung Android for Work requiring device encryption

Is there any way to disable the device encryption requirement (not passcode) on Samsung devices enrolling via the Intelligent Hub app? Thanks.

Hey Ariel encryption is a requirement from Google in order to use Android Enterprise (formerly Android for Work).  As a result you are also required to either setup a lock screen passcode or a passcode on each and every Android Enterprise App.
