We have a Samsung 10 with Android 10.0 that is not able to load their email subfolders.
We have tried everything for this end user...
Additionally we have ensured all Android settings to allow Hub under 'Install Unknown Apps' and 'Device Admin Apps' and selected.
We have also checked folder sync settings and selected his views in his Email app settings.
While he does receive email fine and he sees his default folder such as Inbox, Sent, Deleted, etc, his custom created subfolders under Inbox do not show up.
Our email client is MS 0365 Outlook...everything on the client-end is working fine.
If we create a sub-folder, it never syncs to his device though it does for our test devices here. it also works for other Samsung/Android in our environment. Any ideas shared by anyone will be much appreciated!
