TCL Alcatel_5059R willnot enroll using work profile it gets to ' setting up something Great' and fails.

TCL Alcatel_5059R will not enroll  using work profile it gets to ' setting up something Great'  and shows enrolment in process and starts to put all the work badged apps but never completes enrollment. does this device have ability to enroll using android work profile?

Since it's not part of Android Enterprise Recommended, it may or may not enroll properly.

Thank you for that suggestion I will advise management... that appears to be the issue.

Can you imagine Samsung is not on the list either? I advised my manager and now we may consider going to Google Pixel as default.
