What am I missing - WS1 UEM App Analyzer for macOS

I'm looking for a way to identify all the attributes that need to be configured in a profile in order to silently deploy apps to Macs (new to this platform) and I came across the UEM App Analyzer for macOS. Based on descriptions I've read, it should do what I need, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to launch the app. The site provides a zip file. Unzipping the file presents you with what looks like the contents of a .app, but I can find no way to launch/execute it. I've even attempted to rename the folder that is extracted form the zip to a .app and it changes the icon to the expected icon of the app, but then won't launch. 

Any help for a noob here would be appreciated.

Hi,
I used same flings before, and could use correctly, but now I have same issue when download same flings from Techzone download link.

I think something went wrong in Techzone.

Attached zip file is the one that I used before. This one can be used only by extracting the zip file.
