We recently changed the passcode requirement on our Android Enterprise devices.
After, this the user successfully changed the password but entered the password for the Work Profile incorrectly.
As a result, the user received a notification that her Work Profile was removed.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you restore the profile.
