we are using airwatch in the cloud (Saas)
in our dmz, there is one UAG installed with content gateway for our fileserver
we try to route the whole traffic for the content-gateway over the UAG.
means: if a user try to access our fileserver from his/her phone, the traffic should go via UAG
but if i try to access the fileserver via content app, i have a DIRECT connection from the mobile phone to the fileserver.
i see no traffic on the UAG
we set a firewall rule to only accept traffic from our UAG.
how can i configure the traffic rules to solve this problem?
