device wont wipe

the Zebra TC51s will not wipe when i send a ' device wipe'  command from the Workspace One console until i log out of the Launcher an open the HUB app and sync the device.

You may want to verify that your AWCM/GCM/FCM is functioning properly as the command from the console is not reaching to your device.
