PostgresSQL error while installing hyperic hq 4.6

Hi everyone,

   I have been trying to install Hyperic HQ 4.6 on my windows 2003 server but I am having a stuck up in this process.

While viewing the event viewer I found out that:

1. POSTGRESQL is giving an error which states

Event Type:    Error

Event Source:  PostgreSQL

Description:

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( PostgreSQL ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: WARNING: Unable to create restricted tokens on this platform

We have a latest version of Hyperic 4.6.6 ,can you please try and see if you get the same error.

Were you able to install it?

I am facing a similar error on Windows 7, trying to upgrade Hyperic 4.6.6-EE to Hyperic 5.0.

I see the below two errors in Event Viewer for postgres

FATAL:  could not create any TCP/IP sockets

and

WARNING: Unable to create restricted tokens on this platform
