400 Bad Request or blank White Page

I am trying to get to the web access portion of vCenter and get a blank white page

for example

https://vcenterserver01/ui

If I go to https://vcenterserver01 I see the regular page and I can even browse the datastore so some portion of web access is working.

I logged on to the actual vcenter server and went to https://localhost/ui and I get a 400 Bad Rquest error, before it even prompts for a login.

Is this a cert issue?

Any other ideas?

Here are somethings to try:

1) Wait a little longer for vcenter to come up before logging in.

2) Restart the Virtual Center Server service and the Virtual Center Web Services Service

3) Try a different browser I have especiall bad reults with firefox, try IE or even better Chrome.

Thank you fot the suggestions, I had performed those steps prior to posting.

It appears to be a deeper issue within cventer as our storage views are also not working.

Problem solved. Chargeback server was the culprit. Moving this to another server solved the problem
