Cant remove permission of Active Directory User

Hi, Im logged as SSO administrator with ultimate level of permission. Issue is I cant remove permission of Active Directory User. Why?

have you tried removing the user, by logging into the esxi host as root directly and removing it

That seems like a AD user ? Is there a problem with identity source ? 

Are you able to login with that AD user ?

something is strange with this permission: if the permission was assigned to the inventory object "sa-esx01.vclass.local" then it should read "defined in this object and its children".

but here there is an inventory object specified - do you have another object with the same name ? because you can modify or remove the permission only at the object it was defined previously
