Creating a role to allow Data Center Operators to VMotion guests

I am trying to create a role for my Data Center operators to allow them to do the following: Power on/off guests, reset guests, and VMotion guests from host to host. We run VI Client v2.0.2 Build 50618 If it matters, all hosts are 3.0.1, Build 42829.

My operators can do everything but VMotion; when them attemp to they get the error message "Validate migration exception - Permission to perform this operation was denied" when they choose the cluster destination. The new role I created has the permissions set at the DataCenter level which contains the only cluster group we have configured.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you assigned:

Resource > Assign VM to Resource Pool

Resource > Migrate

and possibly may need Resource > Query Vmotion (seeing as the error looks like it relates to validating Vmotion capabilities)
