DRS Moves??

Does anyone know if there is a limit on how many time DRS will consecutively move a VM before it try otehrs ones to level resources? I had a question on would one busy VM be constantly moved around the cluster to attempt resoruce needs.

The VM using a lot of (resources) CPU isn't going to be moved, it will move the rest of the VM's that are not being used as heavily...

At least, that is how it has behaved for me. To me it doesn't make sense to interrupt the processing for VMotion....because no matter how fast it is, it will at some point have to completely pause and then unpause.

You are correct, DRS will move the less busy machines away to provide more resource. That's how I understand it.

Trying to move a VM which is already suffering could end in tears.
