Downloading a Snapshot?

Could someone point in the direction of finding information on how to download a snapshot so that it can be burned to disc? We are having a unique situation where a vendor wants us to send them a copy of the snapshot to have their software tested with our image.

Realize first that a snapshot is not an entity which can stand by itself. It is a delta from the parent virtual machine. You will need to export the entire virtual machine if you want to copy/send it somewhere else.
