Error installing Windows 2003 64bit SysPrep on Windows 2008 R2

Hello Everyone....

Trying to deploy new VMs from a Win 2003 R2 64bit template.   I proceeded to download the System Preparation tool for

Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 64bit.  When I attempted to install the executable on vCenter running Windows 2008 R2

I am  getting the following errors in the attached file...

Googled the error and the common solution was to modify the registry entry;  IRPStackSize but that did

not resolve the issue.  Anyone dealt with issue?

The error message directly refers to storage space - Are you sure you do actually have enough disk space for the extraction?

As an aside, the error you are receiving is an OS level error - it is not related to VMware.
