I am running VCentre Server 4 Upgrade 1 Build 208111 and a strange problem has occurred. I wonder if anyone has seen this before or knows how to resolve it.
I have a cluster containing 2 hosts ip addresses 10.0.0.21 and 10.0.0.22 on the same subnet as my VCenter Server. Everything was fine until I added a new firewall on 10.0.0.2. Now I find that every couple of days my hosts have disconnected and the greyed out italic legend says '10.0.0.2 (disconnected)' for both of them.
To reconnect them I have to open the wizard and type in the correct ip along with username, etc, etc
Any ideas please?
