There are multiple factors to consider that affect the number of concurrent vMotions, for example interface speed on hosts, limit on datastores etc.
For 1 Gbps interface, the maximum number of concurrent vMotion operations per host = 4
For 10 Gbps interface, the maximum number of concurrent vMotion operations per host = 8
Datastores = 128 concurrent vMotions
If you do actually want to know the answer at the vCenter level itself (ie if you were putting multiple hosts into maintenance mode at the same time across multiple datastores), it looks like the answer is 640 concurrent vMotion operations as of
