Upgrade Virtual center from 2.0.2 to 2.5

Hello world, i have a question i have my VC 2.0.2 with external SQL DB, i want to upgrade to 2.5 version . How i upgrade my VC? i have check my vmware db but it is blanck how vitual center write the configuration?

If i want create a disaster recovery of my virtual center what i backup?

Can you tell me what version of SQL you're using?

Are you saying that all of your old VC 2.0.2 data is gone from your exisiting database?

To be able to restore your Virtual Center you must make regular backups of your Virtual Center SQL database (this should be backedup at least once a day).
