I am migrating virtual machines from one vCenter to another and it is going good however after update i dont have option where vCenter asks me which host you want to boot this virtual machine from but it automatically picks up the host that it likes
We have DRS on manual mode but still when we power on virtual machine after migration then this vm is booted on host that vcenter decides but we dont have say which host to boot to.
I know affinity rule can be done but this is tedious task for every virtual machine we move we have to update the list not to run on particular host
Any way that after machine powers on it would ask which host you want to boot this vm
