vCSA 8.0c issues assigning tag to multiple VMs (possible bug?)

Hi,

after updating to the latest release I can no longer assing a tag to multiple objects. The popup asking if I want to assign the tag to 2 (or more) object appears and after confirming nothing happens. Assigning a tag to a single object works fine.

I've seen this behaviour on two appliances at different customers now.

Has anyone else seen this and is there a fix?

Hi @aritri,

I haven't come across this, please have a SR open with GSS to find if this is a bug as they could internally check with Engineering.

I just replicated the issue in my lab as well, seems indeed to be a bug, will report it to the UI folks.

Known issue, it is resolved in a release coming up very very soon.

I updated my lab vCenter to 8.0 U1 and can confirm that this bug is fixed.
