vShield Endpoint Thin Agent

We have successfully deployed vShield Endpoint in our infrastructure, and we are trying to get Symantec Endpoint Manager to protect our Virtual Machines. However, Only 4 out of our 60 VMs appear in the vShield Endpoint Events, with the Thin Agent Enabled Message.

We have installed and reinstalled VMware tools on the other machines, always making sure that the vShield Endpoint Agent is selected upon installation, but the other machines are not appearing in the Endpoint tab of vShield Manager, and therefore are not manageable through Symantec Protection Manager.

Also, we tried to find an installer for the EPSEC driver 2.0, but the VMware download site only has the driver version 1.0.

Could anybody please help us understand what is it that we are missing, or how can we troubleshoot this issue so that ALL the VMs appear with the Thin Agent Enabled?

Are the 4 VMs that do appear in SEP all running on the same host?

No, they are in different hosts. In fact, in the vShield Endpoint console there are only 4 SVMs displayed, out of the 10 that are deployed. However, we tried moving the VMs to and from the the 4 hosts that have a SVM registered, but still with the same results
