We have a very old version of vCloud Usage Meter: 2.0.0.0 Build 379979. From the documents I read I don't think there is a way to upgrade it in-place.
The oldest version 3.1 can upgrade from is 2.3.2, which again does not support in-place upgrade from 2.0.0.0.
I saw in the forum there are cases, people migrate their data from the old 2.0 meter to a new one. Can anyone point me to the right document that details how to do so?
