Important Question about RDM(Raw Device Mapping)

I can choose either Physical mode or Virtual Mode.

with Virtual mode, am i able to do everything/take advantage of all VM features and what not?

Briefly - Virtual mode has the equivalent features of using a VMDK. Physical mode will mean no snapshots.

please be more specific.

so are you saying that with Virtual Mode, i can do anything and everything like Storage Vmotion and Snapshots and stuff like that?
