Share Virtual or Physical RDMs between VM,s for Orcale RAC

Hi Techies,

I am implementing Oracle RAC on VMware Environment, i am finding difficulty to share RDM between 2 VMs, when try to map with second vm i am getting below error.

incompatible device backing specified for device '0'

What are the settings you have on your SCSI bus sharing for both VM's?

Have you looked at the deployment guide?

SCSI Controller type is VMware Paravirtual.

RDM selected  Physical (Share the Lun between virtual Machines in any esxi server)

RDM selected independent persistent.
