Create lab environment for VCP study on Amazon EC2?

Is it possible to create a vSphere lab environment on Amazon EC2, to aid in VCP study/prep?

vCenter should not be a problem - but ESXi I think will be a challenge because of it close ties wwith the hardware and am not sure what access you have within EC2 to the virtual machine -
