Features Licensing Table

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a table of the features (esp. enhanced) available with the different versions of VSphere?  I would like to know what licences I need to purchase to enable such features.  I know you need an Enterprise licence for features like VMotion, FT etc but I would like a comparison table if possible?

The only thing that doesn't tell me is the differences between VSphere 4, 4.1 and 5.  Would also be handy to know what versions the 'enhanced' features are available in.  Am I right in assuming it is from 4.1 upwards?
