Hello, i have a question about New vMware licensing.

Actualy in version 6.7 perpétual licence.

I have my valid support contract etc.
I learned that vmware's licensing method has changed. I would like to know if I upgrade my licenses to version 7, do I lose the perpetual side of my licenses to switch to subscription.

No, current perpetual licenses and SnS contracts remain valid, and you can upgrade the license keys in your customer portal, which does not change the license type from perpetual to subscription.

What changed is that you cannot renew SnS anymore, and new licenses will only be offered as core based subscription licenses.
