I know that I can power off multiple VMs in the same ESX cluster and do a mass VMware hardware upgrade to v8,
or schedule a single VM (with a snapshot) per the KB article:

However, when I try to schedule multiple VM hardware upgrades (with snapshots), it only accepts the first VM
that I selected via CTRL+left_click.
Any help (scripts, ideas, etc) would be appreciated.
