configuration issues about management network redundancy

I have configuration issues: please look at attachment.

When you take a look at extra info about the adaptors you will find that they are DOWN.

I assume the drivers all went well but they are down.

I looked around everywher (I think) to bring them up so I can continue my configuration.

I think this will help me solving my configuration issues.

Can you tell me how to bring my NIC's up?

Hi,

have you checked all cable if they are plugged well?

If yes reboot the host, and check out if the vmnics go up!
