ProLiant DL380 Gen10 / Product ID / Q8D81A - Server reboot Vcenter then services not start up

Need assistance issue cannot login to Vcenter & even SSH in Vcenter server. Needed to access the vsphere to maintain the vm.  Please give us a process or instruction on to restore.

Could you attach the voot log of vCenter VM?

Hi can we request a procedure on how to archived logs or sosreport on the server. So we requesting it on the customer user end

Please verify that the DNS resolution works (forward and reverse) by running:

nslookup <vcenter-ip-address>

This command should return the vCenter Server's FQDN.

If that's the case, verify that none of the certificates have expired. See https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/82332
