MS virtual server

Hello all,

I have 2 MS Server cluster with multiple virtual server. In that server I have a 200Gig cluster IP resource where all the user profile data resides. What's fastest or easiest way to move the data to a new VM Server and retain all the user rights? I'm thinking of converting the entire server but I really don't want to run MS Virtual or Clustering on my VM. Any thoughts?
