Is available only for vCenter Converter Enterprise.

If you have a vCenter Server license you can download it.

PS: the Converter Enterprise 4.x is based on "old" Converter Standalone 3.x version, so you will not have all the feature of new versions of Converter Standalone.

the only bootable converter is

>VMware vCenter Converter 3.0.x(Standalone Enterprise Edition)

http://www.vmware.com/download/converter/

>VMware vCenter Converter BootCD (which is part of the vCenter 4 download option)

http://www.vmware.com/download/vsphere/

and as mentioned a hundred times before - everyone who wants a bootable Converter Cd can make one of its own - with better results than the simple download from VMware
