You can use a tool like VMware Converter - http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/ - which is free.  I also use MOA from sanbarrow.com which creates a good cold clone tool.

Dear Friend

Use this document, i believe it help u to convert the Running Virtual machine (Live Conversion) and just for one reboot.

If you have a vCenter Converter, the base is the same, but you must know that you must install the vCenter Converter on the vCenter Server.

This is the document: http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-14184

If it is useful, would u please mark it as "Helpful" or "Correct"?

Thank u
